Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales, product launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Domestic Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days
      (Delivery times may vary due to customs delays or carrier issues.)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages delayed by the carrier, but we will help you open an investigation if needed.

  • For parcels marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If the issue isn’t resolved, contact our support team.
